For various reasons, Pipemonk sometimes does not sync Customers or Products or Orders. Even though, Pipemonk intelligently tries to sync the failed data in the later syncs, if you want to be absolutely sure, you can turn on the Retry Failed Data option.


To turn on the settings, please follow the below steps:

  • Click on the Settings tab in your Pipemonk dashboard

  • Under ‘Setting’ tab, go to ‘Miscellaneous Settings' section

  • Choose 'YES' for ‘Retry data that failed to sync in earlier runs’ (as shown below)

  • Choose the date from which you want to retry the failed data.
  • Save the newly configured settings and you are all set.




Now, for any sync run after this, Pipemonk will sync the products/ orders/ customers which failed to sync earlier.
