To configure the frequency setting at which the emails are triggered for Sync-log reports, follow these steps:


1. Log into your Pipemonk account.Your Pipemonk Home Page is displayed.


2. Click on your account on the top right side and select Profile.



 

The Profile page is displayed.




3. Enter your name in the Name field.


4. Enter your Email id in the Email field.


5. Enter your phone number in the Phone field.


In the Email Notifications section choose from the available options.The options are:

  • Send me an email after each sync completes.

  • Send me a daily email with consolidated sync summary.

  • Send me a weekly email with consolidated sync summary.

  • I don't want to receive email notifications.


Note:

  • If your Pipemonk account has multiple users and you do not want the sync details email to go to all users you can choose the subscription at the user level. This ensures that only the interested users get these emails.

  • If you configure the setting at the account level, then all users get to sync the emails.

  • In case of multiple users, an update of sync goes to all the subscribed users regardless of who runs the sync.
