You may be initiated partial or full refunds to customers for some of the orders in Shopify. If you want us to record the refund information in Xero, please choose your setting here.
If you select Yes the refunds either partial or full, will be recorded as Credit Notes in Xero. For more information: Click Here
If you select No, the refunds information will NOT be recorded in Xero and if required, these refunds have to be manually recorded by you in Xero.
