PURPOSE OF INTEGRATION
This integration will allow a seamless flow of data between Amazon and Accounting Software Online.
To integrate Amazon with the Accounting Software follow the steps below:
1. To begin with, set an Amazon Seller Central “Professional” account with Amazon. To set an seller account, register by going to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/homepage.html and click “Register now”.
2. Then select the “Professional” version by clicking “Sell as a Professional”.
3. Register yourself as a seller in Amazon. You may either use your existing Amazon account or create a new one to continue through the process.
4. Amazon MWS Configuration: Amazon MWS Account
In order to use this Integration you will need to set up an Amazon MWS account. If you do not have an account you can register by going to https://developer.amazonservices.com/ and clicking “sign up for MWS”.
5. Amazon MWS Credentials
Once you have an account you will need to get the necessary api keys. Go back to https://developer.amazonservices.com/ and click “sign up for MWS” again. Sign in when prompted. You should see this screen:
7. Enter the Developer's name as pipemonk.
8. Enter the Developers Account Number:
FOR UK : 9574‐1509‐1263
FOR US: 3447-5507-5174
Click Next.
Note: Enter the Developer Name and ID manually. Copying and Pasting the same will not work.
check " I understand that I take complete responsibility for the acts and omissions of pipemonk regarding my Amazon selling account and hereby direct Amazon to allow pipemonk to access my Amazon selling account". Click Next.
11. Log into https://app.pipemonk.com/signup
12. Enter your Pipemonk credentials and log in.
13. Connect to Amazon and provide the seller ID and the MWS Auth Token to sign in.
14. Connect to the Accounting Software.
15. Set the configurations for the settings according to your business needs and click Proceed to Sync.
16. You are now all set to sync the data between Amazon and the Accounting Software.
