Sometimes we might delete or deactivate a product in QuickBooks Online. While syncing , we might want to add that product back in the list of Products or Services


 To activate a deleted or deactivated product, follow these steps:


1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.



2.  Under your company name (right hand top corner), under Lists, select Products and Services.



3. The list of Products and Services is displayed. Click on the filter button     to filter the products. Since this is an inactive product, choose the category as Inactive and click Apply.



4. You can now view the product that you have deactivated or deleted from your list. Select the product and click Make Active.


 

Your product is now active and would be listed under the Product and Services.


5. A confirmation message is displayed on the screen.
