Following are the probable reasons if  your chart of account is not showing up in the Pipemonk settings:


1. That particular 'chart of account' was not present in your QuickBooks Online when you connected the QuickBooks Online in Pipemonk Dashboard.


2. That chart of account is not meeting the category type for that option you are expecting.

The immediate thing to try in these scenarios is to Refresh Accounts in Pipemonk settings. To Refresh your setting follow these steps:


1. Login to your Pipemonk account. The Pipemonk Home Page is displayed.


2. Click Settings. The General Settings page is displayed.


3. Click Refresh Accounts.
