Pipemonk supports Refunds on Orders from Shopify to QuickBooks Online. The refunded orders from Shopify is synced into QuickBooks Online and you can see the refund in the form of Refund Receipt. This works for partial as well as fully refunded orders. 


To allow Pipemonk to handle refunds for your store, configure the following settings in your Pipemonk account.


1. Login to your Pipemonk account. Your Pipemonk Home Page is displayed.


Note: Incase you have multiple integrations, select the one for which you want to change the settings.



  • Once you click integration, you will be redirected to a new page as shown below:



      • Under the 'Settings' tab, click on the 'Orders' section.
      • Note that to enable refund feature, you need to set “Do you want to account for Payments?” to “Yes”. (See the below image)



      • After this, configure “Do you want to record refunds in QuickBooks?” to “Yes”.

      • Click on “Save” and you are good to go.


      That's it. In every sync, you run after this refunds on the orders will be recorded wherever applicable.
