Payment Gateway Fees are the charges levied by your chosen Payment Gateways (Shopify Payments, Paypal Payments, etc.,), for each sales transaction. Enabling this option will allow these charges to be accounted for as Credit Notes in QuickBooks Online. For more information Click Here.

Note: If you choose not to account for Payment Fees, you will need to manually account for the same, in order to keep your bank reconciliation accurate.

Note 2: Enabling this option will limit you to importing orders as Invoices ONLY, and not as Sales Receipts

Note 3: Only Shopify Payments and Paypal express checkout are supported payment gateways to track the payment fees
