Under Product Setting, if you have any existing products in QuickBooks Online, in this setting, you can choose how we should match those products with that of Amazon, to avoid duplication. We can match it via Product Name or Product SKU.
Product Name in Webstore
If you choose Product Name, we will match the existing Product names in QuickBooks Online with the Product Name in Amazon, else will create a new product.
SKU IN Webstore
If you choose SKU, we will match the existing Product name in QuickBooks Online with the SKU of the product in Amazon, else will create a new product i.e SKU in Amazon should match product name in QuickBooks Online. If you choose SKU, please ensure that all the products in Amazon have unique SKU and match exactly with the corresponding product in QuickBooks Online.
