Introduction:

This article explains how you can configure the cost price in QuickBooks OnlineOnce you have enabled COGS in Pipemonk settings, you need to configure the cost price in QuickBooks Online directly for the products.


In your Pipemonk settings, enable "Do you want to track COGS?" as shown in screen shot below.



Cost Price Configuration in QuickBooks Online:


 To add the cost price in QuickBooks Online follow these steps:


1) Login to the QuickBooks Online account.



2) Under your company name (right hand side top corner), under Lists select Products and Services.



3) The Products and Services page is displayed. Select the product from the list in which you want to add the cost price and Click Edit.



4) The Product or Service Information page is displayed. In this page, select Purchasing Information and enter the cost price in the Cost field. Click Save and Close to save the information.



After editing the product information, kindly update us. We will run a sync for you.
