Under Inventory Settings, uncheck those fields which NEED to be updated while syncing from the following list:
- Inventory Tracking
- Quantity
- Price
- Name
- Description
- Taxable
Note: By default all fields are selected.You can customize the same according to your business requirement by unchecking them here.
