Cancelled orders for Shopify-QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration

Why did my cancelled orders not sync with Quick Books?
Presently, we are not syncing cancelled orders. Hence if you have cancelled your order in Shopify, your cancelled order will not be synced with Quick Books....

Why didn't Pipemonk change the status of the invoice or sales receipt once the order was cancelled?
It is limitation of our product that presently we are not syncing cancelled orders.
