Yes, Pipemonk works even if you use SKU in QuickBooks Online instead of product name. You just need to configure the few settings by following steps:


1. Login to your Pipemonk account. Your Home Page is displayed.


2. If you have multiple integrations in your Pipemonk account, then choose the one for which you want to change the settings.


3. Click Settings.The General Settings page is displayed.


4. On the Settings page, click Products.


5. Now configure the setting for How do you want us to match the existing products in QuickBooks? to SKU in Webstore.





6. Click Save Changes.



 You have successfully configured the settings. Now, SKU is used to match the products in QuickBooks Online.
