Yes, Pipemonk allows you to change the date of syncing Shopify orders to a prior date. To change the date of syncing follow these steps:


1. Login to your Pipemonk account. The Pipemonk Home Page is displayed.


2. If you have multiple integrations, select the one for which you want to change the setting by clicking View Logs & Settings.


3. The General Settings Page is displayed. 



4. Click on Orders.

5. Select the date you want to sync your orders from. 



    6. Click Save Changes.

      You can safely change this setting any time later point of time as per your business requirement.


      Note: In all pricing plans, users can sync previous 12-month data of their store once they subscribe for the plans. (In free trial period, users can sync 1 month back data only).
