After running a sync with Pipemonk, if few of your orders do not show up in QuickBooks Online, then you should take the following measures to resolve this.


  • Login to your Pipemonk account and Go to the Dashboard.

  • In case you have multiple integrations in your account, select the one for which you want to change the settings.

  • On you click on the integration, you are redirected to a new page as shown below:



  • Under Settings tab, click Miscellaneous section.
  • Configure the setting for Retry data that failed to sync in earlier syncs to Yes. (See the below Image) 


  • Click Save and you are good to go.

Once done, run your sync again. If again you find you orders are not showing up in QuickBooks Online, then write us at 
support@pipemonk.com.
