Under Orders Settings, choose the date, using the calendar dropdown, from when orders need to be imported into QuickBooks Online. Orders created before this date will not be imported into QuickBooks Online.
Note: This option can only be changed within the first 45 days of integration creation. Post that, you will need to contact Pipemonk support for assistance changing the same.
Note 2: During the free trial, you can import data from upto a month ago. On a paid account, you can import data from upto a year ago. You can also contact Pipemonk Support if you need to import data from further in the past.
