Pipemonk allows you to associate all imported Invoices/Sales Receipts to a single Customer in QuickBooks Online. You can choose this setting under Other Settings.
Enabled: No Customers will be imported from Shopify to QuickBooks Online. Instead, Pipemonk will create a new Customer in QuickBooks Online in the format “Shopify Sales <Your-Store-URL>”and all imported orders will be associated with this Customer. You can rename this Customer after creation, if required. For more information, see our detailed support article here
Disabled: All Customers in Shopify will be imported, as is, to QuickBooks Online. All imported orders will be associated with the Customer who placed the order.
