This setting enables you to map all Shopify Sales Orders to a single Customer in QuickBooks.

 

Note:

 

  • If you choose YES, all the sales orders in QuickBooks is linked to one customer - Shopify Sales. You can choose to rename this customer’s name according to your needs. (For more help: Click here)

 

  • If you choose NO, all the sales orders is linked to the corresponding customer as reported in Shopify.

Save

Click Save after you configure each section to save your configurations. If you do not choose to save your configurations, the an error message is displayed.

 

Refresh

If you need to refresh the existing settings, click Refresh.

 

You can proceed syncing your accounts once your settings are completed.
