Pipemonk allows you to change the date of syncing Shopify orders to a prior date. To do so, you need to configure few settings as mentioed below:

  • Login into you Pipemonk account.

  • On the dashboard, click on your Shopify-Xero integration. you will be redirected to the settings page. (Shown in the below image)



  • Go to ‘Orders’ section on the settings page.

  • Under 'products' section, pick a date against "Choose the date from which the orders need to be recorded in Xero?" option.



  • Click on "Save" button to save the changes in setting.

That's it, Now go and click on the sync button to sync your Shopify store orders. 


Note: In all pricing plans, users can sync previous 12-months data of their store once they subscribe for the plans. (In free trial period, users can sync 1 month back data only).
