Yes, Pipemonk supports refunds on orders in Shopify-Xero Integration. The refunded orders from Shopify will be synced into Xero. This will work for partial as well as fully refunded orders. 

To allow Pipemonk to handle refunds for your store, you have to configure few settings in your Pipemonk account.

 

  • Login to your Pipemonk account and Go to the Dashboard.

  • In case you have multiple integrations in your account, select the one for which you want to change the settings.

  • On you click on the integration, you will be redirected to a new page as shown below:



  • Under the 'Settings' tab, click on the 'Orders' section.
  • Note that to enable refund feature, you need to set “Do you want to account for Payments?” to “Yes”. (See the below image)


    • After this, configure “Do you want to record refunds in Xero?” to “Yes”.

    • Click on “Save” and you are good to go.

     

    That's it. In every sync, you run after this refunds on the orders will be recorded wherever applicable.
