You need to choose a 'Deposit Account' when you are syncing Shopify Orders as 'Invoices' in Xero. The Transaction amount from the Orders will be posted in the 'Deposit Account'.
In Xero the type "Asset" can be of Deposit account. You can choose "ZS - Undeposited Funds" to deposit into the money.
